I just received a set of preliminary construction plans (pdf) from Kyle Fairhurst, Project Manager, City of London.

I haven't had a chance to go over them in detail yet but at first glance, the road is going to be narrowed slightly and the curve radius of the intersections is going to be reduced (meaning the intersection throats will be somewhat narrower). I'll have to do some measuring to be more specific.
